Eden Mill Single Malt Scotch Sherry Cask

The second expression of our flagship single malt releases, our Sherry Cask single malt has been finished in first-fill European Oak Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez casks. It has rich fruit cake notes and hints of toffee, with a delicious citrus finish. The bottle shape is inspired by the three peaks on the roof of our distillery and the front is embossed with our tagline, ‘The Spirit of St. Andrews’. All our single malts are non-chill filtered and have natural colour.
