If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. Description
Fukucho Seaside is a premium sake produced by Imada Sake Brewery, located in the Hiroshima Prefecture of Japan. It is made using high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice and pure water sourced from a nearby mountain. Fukucho Seaside is a junmai ginjo style sake, which means it is brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji mold without any added alcohol. It has a delicate and fruity aroma, with notes of pear, melon, and a hint of green apple. On the palate, it is clean and refreshing, with a soft mouthfeel and a slightly dry finish. The name “Seaside” reflects the brewer’s intention to create a sake that evokes the freshness and purity of the nearby sea. This sake is best enjoyed chilled and can be paired with a variety of Japanese dishes or enjoyed on its own as a premium sipping sake.
