We are an online-only luxury furniture and lighting boutique, and do not have a warehouse. Consequently, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. What makes Mezcal Amarás Ensamble Espadín-Tobalá different?
Crafted by hand in Oaxaca: Amarás Ensamble is a handcrafted mezcal made from the combination of two types of our agaves: Espadín (A. Angustifolia) and Tobalá (A. Potatorum), whose different characteristics complement each other. Blended in the oven using a mixture of 70% Espadín and 30% Tobalá.
100% Natural Fermentation: All fermentation occurs naturally without any sulfates in open-air tanks, using wild native yeasts from the environment.
Amarás Philosophy: Mezcal Amarás allocates a portion of the net sale of each bottle to developing internal initiatives that promote social and environmental responsibility.
TASTING NOTES:
A dry character aroma with fresh herbal notes of parsley, fruity notes of melon and banana, and white flowers. On the palate, notes of damp earth and freshly cut grass are mixed with tropical fruits with a medium and unctuous finish on the tongue and throat.
