This rum is a rare combination of column still and pot still distillate, that is aged for ten years in #7 char American oak bourbon barrels, then finished for another two years in French oak” limousine” barrels. 40% alc./vol, 80 proof. Exceptionally smooth, a super-premium sipping rum to rival the world’s finest spirits. Mature and balanced with complex wood and spice notes, hints of vanilla and an elegant, warm finish.
