There is only a small quantity of this highly coveted rum which is hand selected to continue the aging process in the char #3 American oak barrels. Harvested a single barrel at a time at its full cask strength, this limited-edition rum is bottled and hand numbered. You will experience deliciously full-bodies, flavors of caramel, subtle oak, leather, vanilla, and herbal spice – it’s a flavorful journey like no other.
Spiced Rum
2oz Three Sheets Spiced Rum
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts Demerara Sugar, 1 part water)
Combine Three Sheets Spiced Rum, Lime Juice and Rich Simple Syrup (2:1) into a shaker tin. Shake all ingredients until cold and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
