At Prestige Whisky Reseller, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality whisky and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, situations arise where refunds or returns are necessary, and we aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you.


If you are not completely satisfied with your whisky purchase, we accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the whisky must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Upon receiving your returned whisky and inspecting it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


If you wish to exchange your whisky for a different variant or size, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assist you in exchanging the item, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective whisky, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, refund, or store credit.
